2 year warranty for all orders
With the improvement in material technology, the quality of ABS material has increased significantly in the last two years. Thus, we announce that starting from 10/1/2023, all ABS shell roof top tents purchased come with a 2-year standard quality warranty.
Replacement
If we determine that the tent needs to be replaced for some reason, or the shell needs to be replaced, we will contact with you at info@iKamping.com and supply the replacement part to you at free charge.
Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:
1. UV damage: ultraviolet damage to fabric. The gel coat on the iKamping tent shell is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Normal wear and tear, such as rods, gas struts, mattress covers, locks, straps, keys, etc., damaged within six months, will be replaced and shipped free of charge by us. However, for damages occurring after the six-month period, you will need to purchase the replacement parts yourself. Or cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discoloration, scratches/dents on the roof top tent top, etc.)
3. Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, storm damage, etc.)
4. Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the rooftop tent.
If you ever encounter an issue with your Item after the warranty period is over you can count on our excellent customer support. We can supply spare parts (struts, awning poles, zippers, etc), help suggest fixes, and generally work with you to keep your iKamping rooftop tent product in top shape for years to come!
